What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short, because there is not much to say. This site exists so you can see what we offer and reach the kitchen.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the date, the venue, how many guests, and any notes. Nothing is collected until you press send.
There is no analytics script, no advertising tag and no chat widget on this site. Reading the pages leaves no record with us.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form service the kitchen holds its own account with, to info@colcatering.com. They are read by the people who plan and deliver your reception. They are not stored in a database on this website and they are not sold or shared with anyone else.
The website is hosted by Vercel. If you prefer not to use the form, the same address and 236-863-5050 reach the kitchen directly.
What we use it for
To reply to you, write a quote, and cater the day you asked about. Sending an enquiry does not put you on a mailing list.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@colcatering.com or call 236-863-5050. Changes
If what we collect or where it goes changes, this page changes with it.
