For faster service, please use the quote request form or email your order. If you are phoning after 4:00pm, we will call you back first thing the next morning. If it is the weekend or Friday evening, please give us until Monday morning to contact you back.

We’re a sister company of The Gourmet Lunch Ladies Ltd., and we cater on any day of the week, including outside these office hours — the hours above are simply when the office itself is staffed for calls and emails.

Planning ahead

Order timing and policies

  • Notice

    At least 3 business days’ notice to place an order. Changes need at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Minimum orders

    $500 minimum order (weekday catering, not including fees or taxes)
    $1,000 minimum order (weekend catering, not including fees or taxes)

  • Cancellations

    48 hours’ notice for orders under $1,000; 7 days’ notice for orders over $1,000. Cancellation fees may apply on late notice.

  • Packaging

    A $2.49 per person packaging fee applies to all orders (platters, foils, containers, and serving utensils). Disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins are provided free of charge.

  • Servers

    Servers are available at $40/hour per server, 4-hour minimum, plus 15% gratuity and a travel fee depending on location.

  • Rentals

    Rentals can be arranged on request — ask and we’ll quote what you need.
